With over 20 years of litigation experience, Mr. Padró represents management in employment law cases in federal and state courts, as well as in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the United States and Puerto Rico Departments of Labor, labor arbitration, and other regulatory bodies. His practice area is focused on employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims. He also has experience in assisting employers with reductions in force and reorganizations and internal investigations and audits. Mr. Padró also assists clients with collective bargaining agreement negotiations, union avoidance and campaigns and management of collective bargaining agreements.
Mr. Padró has served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, teaching courses on Legal Research and Writing and on Employment Law.
